Q: I am a 1970-something graduate of the Silva course, and over the years have lost track of my capabilities learned in that seminar, but not the desire to know more.
A: It is kind of like riding a bicycle... once you learn, you never forget, but you might need to get back in practice. We've got lots and lots of things to help you on the UltraMind Web Site: www.UltraMind.ws.
You would probably really enjoy the UltraMind Review Tapes... all of those "mental projection" conditionings... do you remember projecting into metals, leaves, etc.? Plus... we start with a recording of Mr. Silva explaining why we do all of that, and how to practice it.
The album also includes recordings of Mr. Silva reviewing case working procedure, and actually guiding you to work a case. And you can get cases from www.HealthCases.com. You can print out the info, let Mr. Silva guide you to level, open your eyes long enough to read the subject's name, age, etc., then close your eyes and work the case. Then open your eyes to read the heal information, close your eyes and correct the problem, then move on to the next case. This system has been working great for people.
Anyway, to get started again, you need to first establish your level - use the Long Relaxation Exercise. We now call it the Silva Centering Exercise. Once you do that, just practice, practice, practice.
Thanks for writing. We'll keep you up to date on activities.
